Invoices, contracts, forms and emails come in, and the useful fields come out: amounts, dates, names, references. Filed in the right record, without anyone re-typing them.

What you own
The most reasonable question anyone asks: what happens to this if you disappear, or if a supplier does? The answer is built into the architecture, not into a promise.
On your own repository. Ordinary, standard code that any developer can pick up.

AI is a tool we build with, and the assistant features inside the app call an external model. If that supplier disappeared, only those features would pause, and they can be pointed at another model in a few lines. Your clients, records, invoicing and documents are untouched.
